Call for Artists, Creators and Entrepreneurs for 5th Edition of Kholey Dai Festival - 

The Kholey Dai Festival is more than an event, it is a living celebration of Himalayan resilience, creativity, and collective spirit. Rooted in the age-old harvest traditions of Parengtar, the festival brings together farmers, artisans, homegrown entrepreneurs, and culture keepers to reimagine what community-led festivals can look like in today’s world.

 

Now entering its 5th edition, Kholey Dai has evolved into a dynamic three-day gathering that welcomes over 3,000 visitors from across India. Built on the principles of zero waste, local empowerment, and cultural revival, it offers a space where stories, skills, and sustainable ideas find connection and community.

We invite chefs, artists, bakers, home kitchens, local entrepreneurs, photographers, farmers, craftsmen, florists, flea market vendors, and sustainable brands to be part of this year’s festival marketplace  a vibrant collective showcasing creativity that honours both people and the planet.

 

Whether you create handcrafted goods, traditional foods, artworks, or sustainable innovations, Kholey Dai is your platform to share, collaborate, and grow. Join us in co-creating an ecosystem that celebrates circular economies, local livelihoods, and indigenous knowledge.

STALL FEE

• Food Stall (where cooking is involved): ₹10,000 for 3 days

• Product Stall (includes bakery items, pickles, and other non-cooked goods): ₹6,000 for 3 days
  Note: Tattoo services will not be considered part of a stall and will not be permitted under food or product stall categories.

STALL  

Each vendor or artist will be given 5-5ft space with a table and chair. 
You are welcome to bring any decor or table settings.
Electricity will be provided.

ACCOMMODATION

*The cost of the stay will be charged separately.
We will notify you of the details of your stay after your application has been approved.

We have limited stalls: 30 stalls in total

Before you register, consider the following:

• All payments are non-refundable. Once payment is made, cancellations or refunds will not be accepted.

• Stalls will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

• No plastic of any kind is allowed — this includes plastic packaging, bags, cutlery, cups, or styrofoam.

• Flea Partners are strictly prohibited from using or selling products with plastic packaging.
